Plan Description

3-Months Training Program divided into 12 weeks, with Specific Exercises and demanding Workouts created progressively to better Improve your Performance.

The program consists of 3-week Training blocks, followed by a week of recovery, so in total there are 3x3-week blocks interspersed with 3 more peaceful weeks.

A test on the 5' and 20' must be performed on the first day to see the starting point and set the Training Zones and the FTP. Then it will be performed again every 4 weeks to keep the training Zones updated and see step by step if there have been Improvements.

Training plan for good athletes and already with a good physical form, not recommended as an initial program from zero. Ideal for preparing an important appointment at the end of the Training Plan, or also just to Improve your Performance after 3 Months of Trainings.

Training sessions that can also be used on other occasions, and which come from my Personal Experience as a Professional Cyclist, combined with University study with a 3 Years Degree in Sports Science first and then 2 Years in Sports Science and Technique.

Mostly of the Workout are Power based, so it's helpful to have a Power meter on your bike. Each workout is explained in detail, so you have all the information to perform them best.
