Plan Description
Für Ausdauersportler*innen ist die VLamax (Maximale Laktatbildungsrate) fast genau so wichtig wie die Vo2max (Maximale Sauerstoffaufnahme). Diese beiden Parameter entscheiden, wie hoch schlussendlich deine FTP (Schwellenleistung) ist. Allerdings verhält es sich für Ausdauersportler genau umgekehrt zur Vo2max. Es gilt nämlich, je tiefer desto besser. Sportler*innen welche aber einmalig eine möglichst hohe Leistung über 10-120 Sekunden erbringen wollen – z.B. Sprintdisziplinen im Bahnradsport – sollten eine hohe VLamax anstreben. Dieser Trainingsplan hat das Ziel, die VLamax zu senken. Fragen zum Plan können an info@cycling-watts.com gestellt werden.
