Less than $4/week!! For beginner to high intermediate cyclists who want to ride further, faster and more efficiently. Required equipment is road bike, direct drive trainer, heart rate monitor, and Zwift, Rouvy or similar platform that supports Training Peaks integration. Week 1 is optional. If you require an FTP test and are learning how to use Erg mode it is a great place to start. If you already have a fairly accurate FTP, you can skip week one and proceed directly to week 2.
