¿PARA QUIÉN ES ESTE PLAN?
Para los inscritos a la QH 2026 que busquen una buena pauta de entrenamiento, con una duración media de 12h a la semana y con entrenamientos a realizar por potencia ( es necesario tener medidor de potencia en la bicicleta)

¿OBJETIVOS DEL PLAN?
Mejorar las capacidades determinantes en una prueba de gran fondo como es la QH, tales como la capacidad aeróbica y resistencia a la fatiga.

¿A QUÉ INTENSIDADES SE ENTRENA EN ESTE PLAN?
Existen intensidades variadas, pero el porcentaje más elevado y las sesiones más importantes son aquellas que comprenden desde la Z2 a la Z4, en menor medida se trabaja el Vo2 max.

¿QUÉ INCLUYE ESTE PLAN?

- Test de campo y protocolo para determinar tus zonas de entrenamiento.

- Entrenamientos estructurados, exportables a dispositivo o cualquier plataforma de ciclismo virtual.

- Simulación de la QH
