Plan Description

Welcome to our 4-week training plan designed for beginners to kickstart your season. This plan focuses on developing your strength and endurance during the Base 2 phase.

What you can expect from this plan:

- Building strength and endurance: Our training sessions will help you increase your strength and endurance on the bike.
- Gradual increase in performance: The progressive nature of the plan allows for significant improvement in your cycling abilities.
- Preparing for the season: This plan serves as an ideal foundation for the upcoming cycling season.

Over the course of four weeks, our clients will complete a total of approximately 54 hours of training, with a weekly average of about 13.5 hours. The plan starts with about 12.5 hours in the first week and gradually increases, reaching about 15.5 hours in the last week, followed by 12 hours in the final recovery week with FTP test at the end of this week. This progressive approach will allow you to quickly improve your cycling skills, strength and endurance.

This training plan is suitable for beginners looking to get a head start on their cycling season. Whether you are new to cycling or have some experience, this plan will help you enhance your cycling abilities and prepare for the challenges ahead.
