Get ready for Crit Racing!
Kriterien oder Rundstreckenrennen haben ihren ganz eigenen Charakter und ein ganz spezielles Anforderungprofil. Auf Rundkursen von ca. 800m bis 1,5km geht es immer im Kreis. 90° Kurven, Zwischensprints, Wertungssprints verlangen dem Sportler vor allem eines ab - Sprintfähigkeit und eine anaerobe Kapazität um immer wieder voll ins Laktat rein zu gehen und sich trotzdem schnell wieder zu erholen.
Mit diesem 6 Wochen Plan kannst du dich optimal auf dein erstes Crit vorbereiten oder du setzt als erfahrener Krit Fahrer neue Reize in deinem Training.
