- Matériel : Home trainer, capteur de puissance, compteur et/ou montre-cardio (gps)
- Séances : généralement en %FTP ou au cardio
- 8 cycles de 4 semaines: 3 semaines de charge, 1 semaine de récupération/affutage
- de 3 à 5 entrainements et 1 à 3 séances de renforcement dans la semaines plus stretching "10min" par jour.
- plan très progressif de 2h30 à 15 h de vélo par semaine
- 2 jours de repos obligatoire minimum dans la semaine.
