Plan Description
Tour de Local - Following the 2019 tour stages schedule, but modified for normal people.
You will need to allow 20hrs per week for this plan. Pretty much everyone who sticks with it has a big jump in cycling fitness once they recover. I know it's to simple to be true, but I can assure you, you won't be saying how easy it is halfway through the 2nd week!
Ideally suited to intermediate and advanced cyclist's with time on their hands!
Effort is guided by feel. The hard days will push you with vertical meters needed, as well as the longer days on the weekend. It might actually do you the world of good to have Power and HR hidden for a change ;-)
