Plan Description

Welcome to PurelyWatts Trialed and tested, effective FTP Build program.

In this 3-week training block, We focus on building your Functional Threshold Power (Your Max power you can sustain for roughly an hour) and are confident in our tested recipe.

For this program, the minimum requirements are a bike, Heart rate monitor, and access to an indoor smart trainer, wattbike, or a power meter on your bike. These requirements are mostly for your initial FTP Test, with the rest of the program only needing a minimum of a Heart Rate monitor and your bike.

A power meter on your bike is not mandatory, but certainly will make the program even more effective.
