Plan Description

Este Pack de sesiones de entrenamiento contiene 5 tests enfocados a evaluar la resistencia a la fatiga para diferentes tipos de corredores, desde un "Sprinter" hasta aquellos ciclistas más "Escaladores".

Los tests están diseñados para realizarse utilizando un potenciómetro y son aplicables sobre todo a ciclismo de ruta, aunque podrían usarse para valorar otras modalidades, como ciclocross (del que se incluye un test).

El pack contiene solo los 5 test (cada test tiene un día sin fatiga y uno con fatiga, para poder comparar). Estos tests pueden utilizarse cuando mejor convenga para el entrenador o deportista.
