4 Week Beginner FTP Booster
Are You Ready?
This plan is designed for cyclists who are relatively new to turbo training. The plan is based on power and can be used on zwift or the turbo to stay within range using ERG mode. The long ride can be done on the turbo or outside.
What Will You Achieve?
This plan lasts for 4 weeks and the aim is to get you used to your turbo and give your FTP a bit of a boost upwards.
