Plan Description

Dette program kan bruges af alle fra gennemsnitligt niveau og opefter, som vil forbedre FTP-niveauet.

Programmet er f.eks. velegnet til ryttere, som kører motionsløb og bjergrige gran fondo, hvor evnen til at holde godt på i længere tid er afgørende.

Programmet indeholder 5 ugentlige træninger a 90-180 min. varighed. Den ene træning kan springes over, hvis tiden ikke er til 5 træninger.

Evt. yderligere cykeltræning bør være med lav intensitet. F.eks. hvis træningerne forlænges.

Programmet indledes og afsluttes med en FTP-test.
