El plan definitivo para preparar tu primera vuelta por etapas en BTT
Son 16 semanas de entrenamiento el cual te llevara a tu primera competición de estas características, pensando para pruebas por etapas de 3 días.
En la semana 12 se incluye una prueba preparatoria, aconsejable hacer una bike maratón de unos 50-70km
Es aconsejable un entrenamiento previo de al menos un par de meses, además de potenciómetro, se puede realizar también por pulso.
Se requiere material necesario para realizar entrenamientos de core y fuerza en casa, o tener acceso aun gimnasio (mancuernas, esterilla, fitball, gomas etc.)
Se puede usar bicicleta de montaña y la de carretera, en el caso de no tener bici de carretera se puede realizar el entrenamiento solo con la de montaña.
