Plan Description

Welcome to the 12-week cycling plan designed to prepare you for a 100-mile bike ride. Whether you are a seasoned cyclist or a intermediate rider, this plan will provide you with the structure and guidance necessary to build the fitness and endurance needed to tackle this challenging distance. Over the next 12 weeks, we will focus on building a solid base of endurance fitness, developing strength and power through interval training, incorporating longer rides to build endurance, prioritising rest and recovery, and practicing nutrition and hydration strategies. With a well-planned and executed training plan, you will be able to confidently and successfully complete your 100-mile bike ride. So, let's get started!
