Plan Description

This plan caters towards all of you who want to get ready for racing long events, such as most gravel races.

It mainly helps you improve your oxygen utilization, enabling you to get more out of the oxygen that is already in your muscles. You will also increase your VO2max and will be able to clear lactate out of your system more quickly and efficiently afterwards.

The plan also utilizes specific weight training sessions.
