Plan Description

You are just starting out, had a break or even got injured?
Use this 4 week plan to get back on track.

This plan will improve all aspects of you as a cyclist, your endurance, VO2max and Lactate regulation.
Better said: You'll be able to ride faster for longer.

The plan also includes a rest week with a performance test to see where you got after your training block.

Make sure to go off your last known FTP and don't forget to listen to your body.

And most importantly, have fun and enjoy the process!
