Plan Description

Denne blok har til formål at øge din FTP og forbedre din tid til udmattelse ved FTP (spoiler FTP er ikke bare en time, det vil variere en del fra person til person).

Der lægger en FTP test første dag i programmet, men lav den nogle dage inden du starter programmet, så den ligger bare der for at du kan se den. Hvis du allerede har lavet en laktattest eller anden FTP test kan du bruge wattne herfra, hvis den er "up-to-date", men pas på du ikke overestimere din FTP, da man ofte kommer til det med den klassiske 20 min test x 0,95.

Blokken bygger på et grundprincip om at specificitet og progressiv overload. Det vil sige, du træner omkring tærskel for at forbedre denne (specificitet). Intervallerne i de vigtige træninger bliver hele tiden længere eller mere intensive, for at sikre at du hele tiden rykker dig mod at blive bedre (progresiv overload)
