Plan Description

This plan is supposed to be a 22week preperation for one of the most iconic Age-Group Cycling race all over the world- the Ötztal Cycling Marathon. After 8 weeks of VO2max improvement a period of 14 weeks for specific race demanded performance ist set to prepare you most efficient. The Plan is based on 25 years experience as a coach and also including the latest scientific knowledge.
The average training load will be about 8-12hours per week
