Is this training plan right for you?
Achieving high performance doesn't have to be complicated! Mastering the basics is key. Let's embrace the fundamentals and reach new heights together!
This Intermediate Zone 2 program consists of training sessions up to 5 days/week (3 weekdays, 2 weekends). In the second week, we have two days of testing, complemented by additional metrics over the weekend. These insights optimize your training.

What preparations are required for this plan?
- If you have a bike, you're good to go!
- A Power Meter is beneficial, but Heart Rate or RPE works too.
- You should be committed to up to 5 days riding, and up to 10 hours/week.
- Rides can be completed on a turbo trainer or outdoors.
