Este plan te ayudará a entrenar para tu próximo objetivo de GFNY para que puedas estar listo el día de carrera y rendir al máximo.


Este plan de entrenamiento fácil de seguir te ayudará a comenzar con entrenamientos estructurados durante las próximas 12 semanas.


Da continuidad a cómo te sientes, el clima y tu condición física, no dudes en mover sesiones, siendo el objetivo poder seguir una semana típica y si es posible en orden: si el plan marca entrenamientos martes y miércoles, las sesiones pueden hacerse el martes y el jueves o el miércoles y el jueves.


Un consejo: planifica tus próximas semanas en tu calendario personal ahora; planifica los horarios de entrenamiento en tu calendario con anticipación, esto te ayudará a seguir tu entrenamiento.


Si no tienes tiempo y tienes un rodillo (indoor trainer), nuestras sesiones de hasta 90 minutos de duración tienen la posibilidad de realizarse en el rodillo, pero no las sesiones de entrenamiento más largas.
