Dette program er et grundtræningsprogram som kan bruges til at bygge en god grundform op.
Om du træner for at komme i bedre form, køre cykelløb eller blot et motionsløb til sommer, vil disse 12 uger ligge en god og solid bund frem mod den specifikke træning.
Programmet varierer over 5 dage og indeholder, udover de 5 ugentlige træninger, 2 ugentlige dage med styrketræning og 1 med coretræning.
Styrketræningen er valgfri, men vil supplere programmet godt i forhold til at forebygge skader når den specifkkke træning startes.
