PERFIL DE POTENCIA.
Realizar un perfil de potencia nos permite valorar el estado de forma del ciclista en base a la potencia media máxima en 4 tiempos concretos contrarreloj (Time Trial).
Una mejora o retroceso de la Potencia media mantenida en estos tiempos se puede interpretar como un indicativo inequívoco de una mejora del rendimiento en ese hito Fisiológico. A continuación se muestran los tiempos a analizar en los test junto al hito fisiológico con el cual se asocia.
