Questo programma prevede tre brevi sessioni di rulli e due sessioni di palestra in settimana, più un lungo nel weekend. E' un programma perfetto per chi lavora ed ha poco tempo.
L'allenamento della forza è strutturato in modo che sia sufficiente avere un rack e un bilanciere per svolgere gli allenamenti, quindi non è necessario abbonarsi in palestra.
Il programma è comprensivo di note frequenti sullo scopo e la corretta esecuzione degli allenamenti, spiegazione della struttura della settimana e dritte nutrizionali da seguire.
