Plan Description

A brilliant starting place for cyclists looking to build some fitness this winter. All sessions are zwift compatible but require the use of a power meter or smart turbo to get the most out of this training plan.
Focus point of this plan;

- To build a base level of aerobic (low intensity) conditioning, providing the ability to build a strong foundation throughout the winter months. This will mean you have a much stronger starting place when heading into the summer riding months.

- Ideal if you are new to structured training and want a progressive plan that will introduce you to the basics of training.

- This plan will be focused around aerobic endurance and the foundation blocks needed to get stronger and fitter.

- Promotes enjoyment with shorter efforts and clear progression.
