Plan Description
Dieser Trainingsplan ist für AthletInnen geeignet, die bereits über eine solide Fitness verfügen und ihrer Leistungsfähigleit einen Boost geben wollen. Da die Intervalleinheiten sehr fordernd sind, trainierst du in den Tagen zwischen den Intervalltrainings sehr locker. Du kannst z.B. die VO2MAX-Einheiten auf dem Ergometer abolvieren und die lockeren Ausfahrten auf der STrasse oder auf em MTB. Absolvierst du das Training im Winter, kannst du dich alternativ auch in einer anderen Sportart bewegen.
Ich empfehle, vor den Intervallen eine kleine Portion Kohlenhydrate zuzuführen. Das kann ein kleiner Snack sein oder ein Energie-Riegel. Hauptsache es ist gut verträglich.
Auch solltest du nach dem letzten Belastungsintervall das Cool-down nicht vernachlässigen. Es fördert die Erholung!
