Entrenamiento por watios.
Plan de trabajo compuesto por 3 mesociclos completos.
Cada semana la componen 4 días de bicicleta, 2 días de ejercicios de fuerza (adjunto PDF) y 1 ó 2 días de descanso dependiendo de las cargas de TSS semanales.
Incluye una prueba de FTP cada 6 semanas, para adaptar las zonas de entrenamiento según va progresando tu nivel.
