Plan Description
Plan estructurado de 24 semanas de duración (6 meses) para preparar con todas las garantías esa Marcha Cicloturista exigente que tanto deseabas.
Incluye entrenamientos de fuerza y núcleo (incluye tablas de gimnasio en PDF) y prueba de FTP para que puedas ir modificando tus zonas de entrenamiento según vas aumentando el nivel.
Se periodiza cada 4 semanas, 1 semana de descanso activo para asimilar los entrenamientos realizados.
Entrenamiento planteado en TSS para dosificar las cargas semanales.
Se trabaja tanto la capacidad aeróbica, como la capacidad anaeróbica y el VO2Max.
El plan utiliza una media de entre 9 y 11 horas semanales de entrenamiento.
En este plan de entrenamiento ha sido estructurado metódicamente respetando los tiempos de base, preparatorio o específico y competitivo.
