Plan Description
This program is used to build your base fitness. Easy to follow, perfect for use on a trainer in winter, but also relatively easy to do on the road also. If you're completing this on the road, ideally ride somewhere with easy rolling hills. Try to complete one of the longer endurance rides solo in order to make sure you are staying in the correct training zones, but you have the option to complete one of these as a bunch ride provided you arent sitting in high power zones for the entire time. Keep in mind this is the early part of your training calendar.
Make sure your FTP is up to date before starting this program. There is an optional FTP test on Day 1 of the program if needed.
