Nuestro programa de potencia anaeróbica esta diseñado especialmente para aquellos que estan buscando una mejora en su potencia anaeróbica y que cuentan con un tiempo limitado de entrenamiento por semana.
La potencia anaeróbica se requiere específicamente durante esfuerzos prolongado sub-máximos y la habilidad de promover tu recuperación de manera optima y efectiva. Se recomienda usar este programa con 9-10 semanas antes de tu gran evento.

Como complemento a nuestro pgograma te recomendamos realizar rodadas de 3-5 horas los fines de semana en procura de mejorar tu resistencia aerobica para eventos de larga duración.
