Well EVERYONE can improve their sprint - like any aspect of performance, it does require dedicated training time. But don't worry, you won't lose all your other strengths by spending 4 weeks focussed on sprinting.
This program is for intermediate to advanced riders with a solid training base. You will feel some fatigue doing these sessions, whether you have a diesel or a formula 1 engine, so be prepared for intense work with long recovery within and between sessions.
