Tengo un Smart Trainer y quiero hacer trabajos de calidad ahí! Este es su entrenamiento entonces. Workouts de 1 hora máximo, apenas para iniciar o retomar la actividad física de forma constante.

Los workouts los hacemos en smart trainer, los demás días son en calle.

Este plan se realizó pensando 100% en el crecimiento de los umbrales, específicamente mejorar los datos del FTP.
Son 8 semanas donde es muy importante entrenar duro pero de igual importancia son los días muy suaves.

El entrenamiento es polarizado, si no existe este patrón de días muy suaves + días muy duros no vamos a obtener las adaptaciones fisiológicas que queremos

Acostumbrado a llevar jóvenes en su proceso de etapas sensibles desde los 12 hasta los 18 años consiguiendo 24 medallas de JDN en el proceso. Se han logrado varios campeonatos nacionales en Pista, MTB y Ruta.
También cuenta con basta experiencia en la preparación de deportistas élites y máster.
