Plan Description

Thank you for purchasing this cycling training plan ! This program is tailored to the endurance cyclists based on a personalized physiological profile. Different from many other generalized and/or FTP based training plans, this training plan will be fine-tuned based on a physiological performance assessment (using the INSCYD technology). This program offers the solution for endurance cyclist (road cycling, cross-country mountainbike, cyclecross, track cycling) aiming to build a solid aerobic foundation.

This plan includes:
- INSCYD test based on the PPD protocol (power based) (value 250€)
- 8 week personalized training program (power based structured workouts periodized in 2 3:1 mesocycles)
- Whatsapp updates and feedback
