Plan de entrenamiento para pruebas de gran fondo, 10 semanas para llegar en las mejores condiciones a tu prueba objetivo, con sesiones diversas muy bien diseñadas, lo puedes sincronizar con tu dispositivo garmin, polar, bryton, etc. de esta forma llevar paso a paso cada una de las sesiones, hay un test que deben realizar al inicio del plan para ajustar tus intensidades.
Este plan se ajusta perfectamente a ciclistas de nivel medio-avanzado.
