This training plan will allow you to raise your FTP. The focus aims to work in various ways at threshold to increase your ftp result. The plan always respect your time crunch agenda at 2 hours per week. Two hours per week is very low to get results but at least youll do the best workouts you can in the short amount of time you have.
Sync Zwift with your TrainingPeaks accounts (within Zwift Companion) and you will be able to perform these workouts on Zwift.
Please execute a FTP test before starting this plan and you are good to go.
