Plan Description

This base plan is designed for the Velorosa Cycling Team. It assumes that you have 3 hours per week of base training for the previous 6 weeks. There are two pathways built into this plan. One pathway focuses on base training to prepare you for your 2022 race season. The second pathway offers optional modifications for the CIRREM race on February 26th 2022.
