4 Entrenamientos / Semana.
Plan de 8 semanas.
55h de duraci贸n.

Objetivo:

- Semanas 1 a 4: Resistencia aer贸bica.
- Semanas 3 y 4: Resistencia aer贸bica + Intensidad aer贸bica.

RESUMEN

馃憠馃徑 Estas 8 semanas de duraci贸n del ciclo est谩n dirigidas a ciclistas que necesitan un periodo de base para consolidar su forma f铆sica antes de comenzar sus entrenamientos, por ejemplo, puede ser 煤til para despu茅s de un periodo de transici贸n, vuelta tras una lesi贸n o para aquellos que por cualquier circunstancia han tenido que parar sus entrenamientos durante al menos 3 semanas.

馃憠馃徑 Los entrenamientos est谩n planificados en base a la potencia. Deber谩s utilizar un potenci贸metro para poder entrenar seg煤n lo planificado.

馃憠馃徑 La primera semana est谩 planificada utilizando el porcentaje de la frecuencia cardiaca m谩xima.

馃憠馃徑 Al final de la primera semana deber谩s de realizar un test de Campo o en Rodillo para estimar tu valor de potencia funcional (FTP) y ajustar tus zonas de entrenamiento en Training peaks.

鈿狅笍 Los entrenamientos de una duraci贸n mayor a 1h30' se realizar谩n al aire libre. S贸lo se realizan los entrenamientos en rodillo de una duraci贸n menor a 1h30'!!!.
