Willkommen beim SCYENCEAccess Plan!

Du bist noch eher unerfahren in der Umsetzung von Trainingsplänen oder kommst gerade aus einer längeren Pause?
Dann soll dich der 4 Access Plan langsam wieder in Schwung bringen.

Eine Kombination aus HIT, LIT und Laktat Transport Training bringen dich wieder in Form und bereiten dich für zukünftige Herausforderungen vor.
Ob Weekend Warrior, KOM Hunter oder Ötzi Bezwinger. Alle fangen sie klein. Ziel sollte sein, dich wieder regelmäßig an das Training zu gewöhnen.

ACHTUNG! Unbedingt die Korrektheit der eingetragene Schwelle bei TrainingPeaks überprüfen!
Für alle Athlet*innen die ihre Trainingsbereiche genauer kenne, orientiert euch ruhig an eure diagnostisch überprüften Werte.

Nach dem 4 Wochen Access Plan kannst du mit dem PROBIKE Base Plan 12 Wochen weiter machen.
