Plan Description
A great starting place for any intermediate level cyclist looking to build and develop your aerobic conditioning and focus on raising your FTP. This is a simple and straight forward plan, we recommended you doing during the winter phase of training.
Being an intermediate level plan, this assumes you have the following
- Previous experience with basic structured training.
- A turbo and/or sutible road to complete the workouts.
- A Power meter & head unit to record the porgression from each session.
- An accurate idea of where your current FTP is, if not complete our free testing plan found within our Training Peaks store.
