Plan Description
Dette program er for dig der ikke har uendeligt med tid, derfor har dette program skåret ind til benet og det er kort og hårdt alle dag. Al videnskabelig evidence har vist at det vigtigste for at forbedre konditionen, eller bibeholde en rigtig god kondition, er at have fokus på høj intensitet, derfor er dette program bygget op omkring høj intense sessioner. Programmet bygger på princippet progresiv overload, hvilket vil sige at det for hver uge bliver en lille smule hårdere, det er for at sikre at du gradvist bliver bedre i løbet af programmet.
Der vil være inkluderet en FTP test i programmets start, det er vigtigt at du justere din FTP udfra denne test, da træningen vil være mest givende med den rigtige FTP da intensiteten bygger på en procent af FTP.
Programmet kan snildt kører på hometrainer og egner sig egentlig ganske godt til det, men det køres lige så fint udendørs, man skal bare have pladsen til de længere stræk med så få afbrydelser som muligt
