Plan Description

This strength program is focused around building movement foundation and functionality. With extra focus on stability and core work, this is a great place to start if you are new to strength training or returning to it after taking some time off.
The cylinder, aka trunk or core, is the central point of fixation for most human movement, and having a quality cylinder is essential, especially with movement expression get’s explosive, overloaded, or repetitive. Therefore, you will be building the foundation for better movement patterns, to later get you ready to move to a strength program.
Each workout starts with a dynamic movement warm up and move to your core exercises, 3X per week.
This is also a great program to keep as maintenance during the cycling season!
