Este es un plan específico para las 8 semanas previo al Mítico ascenso de Letras.
Lograrás:
- Entrenar el desnivel positivo necesario
- Adaptar tu cuerpo a los diferentes segmentos del ascenso
- Mejorar su fuerza general y específica
NOTA: Como deportista debes estar entrenado previamente, dominar las habilidades básicas del ciclismo, no tener lesiones y poder seguir esta guía estructurada
INCLUYE:
- 6 Entrenamientos por semana,
- 3 Ciclos progresivos de entrenamiento,
- 2 sesiones de fortalecimiento promedio semanal EN VIDEO Y PROGRAMA DE RECUPERACIÓN
