Tengo un Smart Trainer y quiero hacer trabajos de calidad ahí! Este es su entrenamiento entonces.
Workouts de 1 hora máximo en el smart y 2 horas en calle, apenas para iniciar o retomar la actividad física de forma constante.
Los workouts los hacemos en smart trainer, los demás días son en calle.
Este plan se realizó pensando 100% en el crecimiento de los umbrales, específicamente mejorar los datos del FTP.
Son 8 semanas donde es muy importante entrenar duro pero de igual importancia son los días muy suaves.
El entrenamiento es polarizado, si no existe este patrón de días muy suaves + días muy duros no vamos a obtener las adaptaciones fisiológicas que queremos
