The purpose of this eight-week programme aims to establish a level of fitness to complete either your first sportive or possibly second sportives. These sessions are based on your heart rate and not power/FTP, as these sessions are aimed at beginner or immediate athletes.
The plans are suitable to be uploaded into third part indoor apps such as Zwift and TrainerRoad
The initial plan is eight weeks in duration and is aimed at Beginner, Intermediate
