Plan Description
Plan de Ciclismo de sesiones por semana de 1:30hr aproximadamente, para aquellas personas que que tengan el tiempo limitado para salir a rodar.
Con este plan no se tienen ningún evento en mente, pero se busca mejorar el rendimiento haciendo sesiones de velocidad, resistencia y aeróbicas para estar preparado para cualquier competencia cuando se decida competir. Los fines de semana cuando se tiene mas tiempo se tiene programado sesiones de 2:30hr a 3:00, pero si quieres puedes dar un poco mas sin ningún problema.
