Plan Description

Want to improve your road racing! This program will help you crush those hard demanding road races. You'll benefit from:
- Variety of testing sessions to help you identify your strengths.
- 6 weeks of structured training with 2 x 3 week training blocks.
- Ideal for time pressed athletes who can't do long rides during the week.
- Power Based: detailed guide of of wattage, heart rate and RPE* zones for each session
- Variety of sessions based of realistic racing scenarios
- Nutritional guides for those crucial longer sessions.

For best results, a properly calibrated power meter is required.
