Plan Description
Med dette 4 ugers program bliver du en bedre sprinter. Programmet indeholder 2 ugentlige sprintspecifikke træningspas, mens resten er lav til moderat aerob intensitet. Den lave intensitet i de ikke-sprintbaserede træningspas sikrer dig, at du er restitueret til de hårde sprintbaserede træninger.
Programmet har 8-10 ugentlige træningstimer. Dette tal kan justeres både op og ned alt efter behov. Ligeledes kan onsdagens korte træningspas springes over, hvis der ikke er tid til det.
Træningsprogrammet er lavet til wattbaseret træning men kan sagtens køres uden wattmåler. Sprinterne er all out og køres ikke efter et target. Den aerobe træning kan let køres enten på fornemmelsen eller efter puls. Beskrivelserne af intensitetsniveauet kan erstatte kig på watttal.
