An eight-week bike-focused block for intermediate athletes looking to improve FTP and ride with more strength.
This plan targets the work that moves cycling fitness forward: consistent aerobic riding, controlled threshold work and enough recovery to let the sessions land. It is ideal as a focused bike block, a winter project, or a useful addition before moving into triathlon-specific training.
Sessions are structured to give you a clear job to do, while the weekly time remains realistic for a busy athlete.
