Plan de entrenamiento de 25 semanas + 1 de recuperación post Marcha, para preparar un Gran Fondo (Quebrantahuesos, Ciutat deValencia, Mussara, Bedelalsa, EpicRoad,..)

Nivel finisher

El plan tiene un promedio de 13 horas semanales de entrenamiento según nivel.

El entrenamiento se ha planificado en base al Training Stress Score (TSS) semanal.

En la planificación se contemplan workouts de trabajo de fuerza en el gimnasio, detallando ejercicios con series de repeticiones o tiempo.

La intensidad de los entrenamientos se prescriben en vatios y 7 zonas de potencia, pensado para los usuarios que utilicen un potenciómetro, tambien disponible en FC
