Plan Description

Denne plan har til formål at øge din VO2-max. Planen bygger på et princip om progressiv overload, som er noget af det vigtigste for at sikre en fortsat fremgang i præstation - det betyder at der fra uge til uge bliver skruet en lille smule op for træningsstimuli for at sikre udvikling fra uge til uge, så du hele tiden bliver presset til at blive bedre.

Planen starter ud med en FTP test på anden dagen for at få en opdateret viden om din fysiske form her og nu, som skal danne grundlaget for de 6 ugers progressive overload.

Der ligger også en længere tur i weekenden, dette er en oplagt mulighed for at komme ud og køre tur med venner og bekendte, her er fokus mere på hygge og sjov end struktur og intervaller - det klarer vi i hverdagene.

Sidste uge er en taper uge, som fungere som deload så du er klar til at køre hårdt igen når programmet er slut, der sikre også top præstation i den sidste weekend af programmet, der er lagt en FTP test ind igen, så du kan sammenligne dig selv før og efter programmet. Det kunne dog også være oplagt at bruge den gode form og kører et løb eller event og altså bruge denne plan som formtopning op mod et løb eller event.
