Welcome to the Redados Turbo Torture DVD workout "Train like Dogs, Ride like Gods"

Following on from the filming of the Boxhill ascent which was used in the Sufferfest video "The Wretched"
Train like dogs, Ride like Gods" is a 1 hour Turbo training workout where the music is the workout. You'll face
a challenge from the legendary rock band Redados. In the Video we will work you like DOGS, so that next
summer you will Ride like GODS!!

Its all part of the Grand Experiment merging the power of Live rock music by Redados with Turbo Training. Redados TurboTorture is very unique in that all the music for the video and rock turbo training classes are played and composed byRedados. You just pedal to the beat and let the music take you on a journey by following the tempo of the music. If the music speeds up so do you, if it gets more intense you work harder, and as it eases off so do you! The music, video and theworkout are all choreographed to be in synch for a Worlds First amazing Turbo training video from Redados!
